Find Us

Epworth UMC is tucked away behind Starbucks and Chipotle at 1400 S. Cooper St, just north of the intersection with Park Row. Guest parking spaces are provided near the southeast corner of the building. Additional parking is available behind the church to the west. Follow the signs to find your way to the lobby and sanctuary.

Worship

Our congregation worships together every Sunday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Come early at 10:00 to enjoy coffee and snacks in our lobby. Our worship style is traditional with some contemporary seasonings. At our service, you'll see people dressed in a variety of ways--from jeans to ties. So dress however you feel comfortable! Small children are always welcome in our service, or -- if you prefer--  we also provide free nursery care. Just ask a greeter to help you find the nursery.

Christian Formation

Following Jesus is a lot easier if you have some travel partners. We encourage everyone who is part of our church community to participate in a Christian formation group. For most of us, it's a Sunday school class that meets on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30. We have several different options for adults as well as groups for children and youth. If you'd like help getting started, contact our pastor.

Service

Part of growing as a Christian is serving others. Epworth UMC encourages everyone connected to our church to find a meaningful way to serve others. This could be volunteering with HOPE Tutoring, Advocates for Special People, or through other opportunities. While your service will certainly benefit other people, we believe that God shapes our own hearts through service.
