Rev. Brandie Spletzer joined Epworth UMC as pastor on July 1, 2022. She served as a Children and Family Ministries Director in Albuquerque, NM, at St. John's United Methodist Church, before moving home to Texas to attend seminary. She completed a MDiv at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University, served her internship at W.C. Martin UMC in Bedford, Texas, and was ordained a full elder in 2024. Brandie is married to Matt, and together they have two boys: Joe and Sam. In her free time, Brandie enjoys sewing, painting, and playing games with her kids. |

Jennifer joined the Epworth staff in January of 2017. Previously, she was on staff at Arborlawn United Methodist Church, in Ft. Worth, where she served in various positions, including Cantabile Youth Choir Director , Children’s Music Coordinator & Choir Director and offered support as a member of the music staff for the Chancel Choir. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Voice and Music Media. Jennifer is also the Director of Choirs at Linda Jobe Middle School in Mansfield, and she previously taught high school choir, junior high choir and elementary music in Arlington ISD. Jennifer usually spends her time directing and choreographing shows with her students, but she feels blessed to serve at Epworth, where she was a performer in several musical productions, including Godspell, Jane Eyre and Les Miserables.
